Who we bulk bill
Patients with DVA Gold or White cards will be Bulk Billed when being treated for applicable illnesses.

Forms of Payment Accepted
Payment is due on the day of your appointment.
We accept EFTPOS, credit card and cash.
We can send your Medicare rebate straight to your bank account, if you have a debit card or overnight if you don’t. Make sure Medicare has your current bank details.

If you can't make your appointment
Worried baout the cost
Some services can't be claimed through Medicare, so the full fee applies. These include employment and insurance medicals, travel vaccinations, and medico-legal reports. We'll always tell you in advance if a service isn't covered.
Please give us at least 2 hours’ notice so we can offer the time to someone else. Missed appointments and late cancellations may attract a fee of $55.00, which Medicare does not cover.
